Colin, what a dark horse you are! Very interesting website but I've seen you in action as a conductor (your own composition: Avalon Rhapsody) and a percussionist with a 1st section brass band all on the same day; I have to say I didn't think one person could do all of that so brilliantly. Then I read you play Soprano Cornet too. Ah but then 1958 was a good year to be born

Admin reply: Thanks John - sadly I don't play soprano cornet anymore - where would I find the time!

Hi Colin, well done on the new website, absolutely superb!!!
Have just listened to the new Estuary piece and am blown away. You are getting better and better. I just wish that I was still at home come September as I would have definitely looked at it for forthcoming contests. Bye the way, the NIBA are shortly compiling set test pieces for their competing bands and I'm sure they would be interested. Make contact with Alan Hunter on 02893 368845. Since I am first to open your guestbook do I get a prize???

Admin reply: Paul - thanks! I'll consider a prize for you in due course, and when I'm feeling a little more 'human' I'll get down to promoting my work with a little more vigour!

Colin
